  • You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with audio and video. You can access your visit through our HIPAA-compliant patient portal or via the link sent to you after booking.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Yes. Please complete all forms and consents before your appointment. If you are booking for weight loss or testosterone optimization, you will need to provide your heart rate, blood pressure, height, and weight during your visit.

  • All services and appointments are non-refundable. An appointment does not guarantee a prescription. Patients must meet medical criteria to receive treatment. To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds take 7-10 days to process.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. No-shows are non-refundable.

  • For weight loss and testosterone therapy, medications are shipped directly to your home from a compounding pharmacy. For urgent care and wellness visits, prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy.

  • Labs can be ordered at a discounted rate through FullScript (Quest) or Access Medical Labs (Labcorp).

  • No. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Some conditions require in-person evaluation.

  • No, we do not accept insurance. Due to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, we cannot treat Medicare or Medicaid patients, even for cash payment.
