A New Approach to Mental Health
For individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or PTSD, ketamine offers a promising treatment option. We provide safe, at-home ketamine treatment by an experienced provider through virtual consultations.
Ketamine can help improve mood, neuroplasticity, anxiety and depression symptoms, and overall mental well-being.

How it Works
Step 1: Virtual Consultation
Book an initial telehealth appointment to determine if ketamine is right for you.
Discuss your medical and mental health history, symptoms, and current medications with a provider.
A comprehensive evaluation will assess any contraindications or medication interactions.
Step 2: Personalized Treatment Plan
If approved, a customized treatment plan will be created for you.
The medication will be delivered in the form of a troche, or lozenge, that dissolves in your mouth.
Step 3: Medication Delivered to Your Door
Prescriptions are electronically sent to a compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to you—no need for clinic visits.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
Regular follow-up visits to monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure the best possible outcomes.
What is Ketamine
Approved by the FDA as an anesthetic in the 1970s, ketamine has been widely used as an anesthetic for patients of all ages. It is an NMDA receptor antagonist that promotes new neural connections in the brain and is used off label for the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain. Low dose ketamine, when prescribed by a healthcare provider and taken as ordered, is a safe and effective at-home treatment.

FAQs
-
Ketamine is an NMDA receptor antagonist that promotes neural activity, thus improving neuroplasticity. Blocking the NMDA receptors leads to an increase in glutamate release resulting in the relief of symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Additional benefits include mood stabilization, mental rest, anti-inflammatory properties, pain relief, and improvement in quality of sleep.

Ketamine can increase blood pressure and heart rate, so patients with uncontrolled hypertension do not qualify. Patients with a history of kidney or liver disease also would not qualify. In person evaluation and care is recommended for those with a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, or bipolar I disorder and would not qualify for treatment with Restoration Wellness Exchange, LLC. Pregnant women, those women planning to become pregnant, and women who are breast feeding should not take ketamine. Additional contraindications for treatment from Restoration Wellness Exchange, LLC include those struggling with addiction or substance use disorder, suicidal or homicidal ideations or intentions, or recent history of suicide attempt and self harm. Schedule an appointment with a provider for a comprehensive evaluation to determine if you would qualify.
